Reuven Carlyle
Reuven's business development experience includes building strategic relationships with wireless operators, application providers, software developers, equipment suppliers, and many others. As Vice President of Strategic Development at Xypoint, Reuven helped build the company from a small start-up to the largest provider of wireless location services in the world and the leading provider of wireless E911 services in the United States. Xypoint raised a total of $42 million in venture capital and merged with TeleCommunication Systems (Nasdaq: TSYS) in January, 2001. Reuven built relationships and/or helped close deals with Verizon Wireless, AT&T Wireless Services, Cingular, U.S. Cellular and other operators.

Prior to Xypoint, Reuven worked for both the Messaging and Cellular divisions of AT&T Wireless Services, where he crafted government and public affairs programs at the local, state, and national level. He also has served as a speechwriter, a governor's press aide and a public policy consultant. Reuven has a MPA from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and a BA in Communications from the University of Massachusetts.

Olivier Lüthold
Olivier is Managing Partner of Constellation Switzerland Inc., based in Europe. His business experience covers business development, market expansions, structured financings, and international alliances. Olivier has held leading positions of Credit Suisse Group in New York and Zurich. Before joining Constellation Switzerland Inc., Olivier was heading the corporate development division of a leading private bank in Zurich. Olivier restructured the three-generation industrial family business, leading it through expansion, a merger with another producer and finally the selling of the business. He is involved in hotel ventures in South America and director of an advertising enterprise in Switzerland.

Olivier has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Zurich. He speaks German, English, French, and some Spanish and Portuguese. He is an active sailor, leading the Swiss Sailing National Team to the Sydney 2000 and Athens 2004 Olympics where his team achieved the best Swiss results in 36 years. He is currently CEO of the Swiss Sailing National Team.

Dr. Peter Meissner
Peter has over 30 years of experience in various telecommunication fields, including more than 15 years of general management experience with mobile communications network operators. In addition, he brings extensive experience in technology management, emerging technology assessment, innovation transfer, technology strategy, and technical organization development.

Most recently, Peter served as Corporate Vice President for Innovation, Quality and Performance with Orange SA in Paris where, in addition to his operational responsibilities, he worked with the world’s leading wireless carriers on the Next Generation Mobile Network Initiative (NGMN). His additional experience with Orange includes serving as Chief Technical Officer with Orange Communications SA in Switzerland. Prior to that, he was with E-Plus Mobilfunk GmbH as General Manager, Systems Engineering. He has held numerous board positions in mobile-related organizations, including the Research Association for Radio Communication, the UMTS Forum, the GSM Association, and the Swiss Business Continuity Management Association.

Peter has served as a scientific advisor of the German Research Foundation since 1996. He holds degrees in telecommunications from the Technical College of Lubeck and University of Hannover.

Christian Speiser
Christian Speiser was a Partner with McKinsey and Company working in Zurich, Tokyo and Taipei. His assignments involved organizational, strategic and operational developments for European, Asian and American clients. His portfolio over time included the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, engineering and machinery as well as aviation and financial services. For McKinsey he headed the European practice for Post Merger Management.

He left McKinsey to take over as head of a Swiss paper manufacturer. His task was to restructure the paper company’s balance sheet and diversified operations within a set period. All operational units where eventually sold to industrial buyers.

In 1997 Christian joined the leading reinsurance company Swiss Re as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Board Committee. In line with the growth in size and scope of Swiss Re he established the appropriate group wide Financial Governance. His responsibilities over time included Strategic Planning, Strategic Asset Allocation and Information Technology for the Swiss Re Group. He was initiator and founding Chairman of an industry joint venture in the area of Electronic Risk Exchanges. In 2004 he left Swiss Re to become an independent Investor and Advisor.

Christian graduated in Economics and Operations Research from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. During his studies he was also employed as a systems analyst with Fides Informatik and IBM.
