AirSage does not require or utilize any information that contains the identity of a wireless subscriber. Patented technology and multiple layers of privacy protection ensure that no proprietary, customer-identifying data is accessed or released from the secure environment of the wireless carrier.

• FCC Proposed Rulemaking following the CTIA petition to the FCC on Wireless Location Privacy Principles, November 22, 2000.
• The European Union Location Privacy, Article 9, amended July 12, 2000.
• The privacy policies of our wireless carrier partners.

AirSage incorporates a number of data security measures to ensure data anonymity including aggregation of anonymous data, encryption, firewall protection, physical separation, and access restrictions. AirSage is fully compliant with privacy policies regarding the use of CPNI.
