Independent Test Results

GeoStats, an independent, third-party testing firm, conducted traffic verification tests on highways and arterials in Detroit, New York and San Diego to measure the overall quality of AirSage’s Real-Time Traffic (ART) data. GeoStats drove more than 11,800 miles during comprehensive testing to collect GPS data points which then served as ground truth data for the comparison to AirSage data.
In Detroit, New York and San Diego, AirSage performed very well on highways reporting accurate congestion levels 91% of the time. On arterials, AirSage reported congestion correctly 93% of the time on average proving that real-time data on arterials is possible.
