Greg Swayne
Co-Chairman
Greg is a seasoned CEO and entrepreneur. He currently serves as Chairman and CEO of HowStuffWorks International (Nasdaq: HSWI) which is bringing the popular US website into Brazil and China, experiencing rapid organic growth with over 18 Million page views per month. More recently HSWI has turned its focus back to the US Health Market by becoming an equity owner and development partner for Sharecare, a highly searchable social Q&A healthcare platform organizing and answering the questions of health, created by Jeff Arnold the founder or WebMD, and Dr. Mehmet Oz whose popular syndicated TV show reaches millions of consumers daily, in partnership with Harpo Productions, Sony Pictures Television, and Discovery Communications. Prior to this, Greg was President and COO of HowStuffWorks US, which was acquired by Discovery Communications in 2005. Prior to joining HowStuffWorks US, Greg led Product as part of an investor inserted management team at N2 Broadband which was acquired by Tandberg TV. Greg co-founded and was President of A.D.A.M. (Nasdaq: ADAM) in 1990, a leading developer of interactive health information and decision support tools for the healthcare and education markets, which he took public in 1995. While at A.D.A.M., Greg was responsible for developing the popular dissectible anatomy products from which the company gets its namesake (Animated Dissection of Anatomy for Medicine) which have become a worldwide standard in teaching for medical education. Greg also led the strategy that resulted in the creation and centralization of one of the most widely used health encyclopedic databases, powering hundreds of health sites globally with continuously updated health and wellness information.

Christian Speiser, Co-Chairman
Christian was a Partner with McKinsey and Company working in Zurich, Tokyo and Taipei. His assignments involved organizational, strategic and operational developments for European, Asian and American clients. His portfolio over time included the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, engineering and machinery as well as aviation and financial services. For McKinsey he headed the European practice for Post Merger Management.
He left McKinsey to take over as head of a Swiss paper manufacturer. His task was to restructure the paper company’s balance sheet and diversified operations within a set period. All operational units where eventually sold to industrial buyers.
In 1997 Christian joined the leading reinsurance company Swiss Re as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Board Committee. In line with the growth in size and scope of Swiss Re he established the appropriate group wide Financial Governance. His responsibilities over time included Strategic Planning, Strategic Asset Allocation and Information Technology for the Swiss Re Group. He was initiator and founding Chairman of an industry joint venture in the area of Electronic Risk Exchanges. In 2004 he left Swiss Re to become an independent Investor and Advisor.
Christian graduated in Economics and Operations Research from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. During his studies he was also employed as a systems analyst with Fides Informatik and IBM.

Olivier Lüthold, Secretary
Olivier is Managing Partner of Constellation Switzerland Ltd., based in Atlanta. His business experience covers business development, market expansions, structured financings, and international alliances. Olivier has held leading positions of Credit Suisse Group in New York and Zurich. Before joining Constellation Switzerland Inc., Olivier was heading the corporate development division of a leading private bank in Zurich. Olivier restructured the three-generation industrial family business, leading it through expansion, a merger with another producer and finally the selling of the business. He is involved in hotel ventures in South America and Director of an advertising enterprise in Switzerland.
Olivier has a Master in Business Administration from the University of Zurich. He speaks German, English, French, and some Spanish and Portuguese. He is an active sailor, leading the Swiss Sailing National Team to the Sydney 2000 and Athens 2004 Olympics where his team achieved the best Swiss results in 36 years.

Dr. Peter Meissner
Peter has over 30 years of experience in various telecommunication fields, including more than 15 years of general management experience with mobile communications network operators. In addition, he brings extensive experience in technology management, emerging technology assessment, innovation transfer, technology strategy, and technical organization development.
Most recently, Peter served as Corporate Vice President for Innovation, Quality and Performance with Orange SA in Paris where, in addition to his operational responsibilities, he worked with the world’s leading wireless carriers on the Next Generation Mobile Network Initiative (NGMN). His additional experience with Orange includes serving as Chief Technical Officer with Orange Communications SA in Switzerland. Prior to that, he was with E-Plus Mobilfunk GmbH as General Manager, Systems Engineering. He has held numerous board positions in mobile-related organizations, including the Research Association for Radio Communication, the UMTS Forum, the GSM Association, and the Swiss Business Continuity Management Association.
Peter has served as a scientific advisor of the German Research Foundation since 1996. He holds degrees in telecommunications from the Technical College of Lubeck and University of Hannover.

Günter H Sieber
Günter H Sieber is a partner at Constellation Schweiz AG, a Zurich based Venture Capital Firm. He has a wide international experience as an executive in England, Belgium, Italy , Germany and USA. In 1987 Günter was appointed to
the Executive Board of Continental AG, Hannover Germany - the
second largest automotive group with worldwide operations. Günter transitioned the company via the US$650 Million acquisition of General Tire from Gen Corp and guided Continental through Pirelli’s multibillion unsuccessful hostile takeover attempt. His most recent position was President and CEO of Denzel AG , Vienna Austria, active in the automotive, finance and real estate business in Central and Eastern Europe.
For years Günter has been a seasoned independent
investor in
various sectors. He holds a degree in Automotive Engineering and studied Economics at the University in Graz/Austria.

Cy Smith, Founder
Cy Smith is an experienced entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to the launch of AirSage in 2000, Cy was Founder, President and CEO of Advance Technology Corporation (ATC), a pioneer and leader in Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and Global Positioning System (GPS)-based solutions for wireless and wireline telecommunications companies. Cy began his career with BellSouth Corporation, holding positions in network engineering, quality assurance and management.
Cy is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISyE). He has been recognized as one of Georgia Tech’s “Outstanding Young Engineers” by the Georgia Tech Alumni Association and has received awards from the American Electronics Association for leadership and innovation in technology.

Ken Forster, CEO
Ken’s business experience includes roles in various entrepreneurial and leadership positions.
Ken was the CEO of Plan Express, a pioneering online document management technology company serving the US and international construction industry. Ken engineered the successful sale of Plan Express despite the worst economic conditions for the construction services industry in over seven decades.
Prior to Plan Express, Ken was the President of BeavEx, the largest private, same-day transportation and logistics business in the United States. Focusing on disciplined execution and customer satisfaction, he drove growth in the business from $15 million per year to greater than $160 million per year, restructuring the company to a profitable, low-debt and cash-flowing enterprise in less than 24 months. In 2006, the company was named the second fastest growing private company in Georgia. Prior to BeavEx, Ken founded and was the CEO of Online Insight, a developer of CRM and business intelligence software applications.
Ken is a graduate of Dartmouth College where he was a four-year varsity track and field athlete.
